we were very pleased with the commitment shown by both Peter and Cheryl. We were however very dissaponted with John Hoskins on our purchase as he specifically advised both of us and our daughter at the open viewing that a free standing kitchen unit was included in the sale. He then went back on this and we ended up paying $800 for this item. He also did not ensure that the "studio/ workshop" described in the particulars had the benches necessary for a studio or workshop did not remain. Without some form of bench a workshop becomes a SHED!

Great service . The only stress I had was with the internet blurb that was written . I didn't like it and was not wanting it as our blurb.Cheryl was reluctant to change it so I had to go to John to get it fixed. I was told I had agreed to it so nothing could be done, but I hadn't. I had agreed to the brochure text and had never seen the internet blurb till it was posted online. The blurb read to me that my house was a renovators delight and needed work or knocking down. This is a minor deal and I understand how quick the turn around is to get online . Just saying I remember the stress and distress it caused me at the time. Moving is a very stressful time and I may have over reacted due to stress . Otherwise service was fantastic. Flowers for first open were beautiful but maybe if we had been told they were coming I wouldnt have bought my bunch, yours were much nicer.
