Dave is a real champion in the old knights-in-armour sense - he went into battle for us and we came out the winner. Many agents, when presented with 10 offers (yes, 10!) would have advised us to take the top unconditional offer (which was very good) - but for Dave that was just the start of an intense round of negotiations with all 10 buyers. The end result was an extra $72,000. Having bought and sold with other agents, I can only think of one other (and she is now retired) who would have got us that $72,000. It must have taken enormous stress and effort on Dave's part to get us this result, but there was no stress at all for us - just an outstanding result.

He obviously loves the industry and property. His enthusiasm and knowledge of the market is second to none. He was also contactable any time and if we couldn’t get through to him he always made a point of promptly returning our calls.
