We bought our house through Hoskins, Peter was the agent acting for the Vendors. He is an incredibly professional, understanding, knowledgeable & very approachable agent, with a great ability to convey messages from vendor to purchasers and vice versa. The timing of our purchase was the beginning of Covid19 with our nerves on edge we confided in Peter to relay our circumstances to the vendors, he did this with empathy and compassion.

Peter was amazing while selling our house, particularly in the current market, and achieved a great outcome for us. Peter was honest throughout and gave us regular advice. I’ve now both purchased and sold a property through Peter and had great experiences both times. A big thank you to Peter and the team.

I have nothing but praise for the way David handled the sale of my house in these difficult times. His timing was spot on. He used good tactics to ensure the buyers were aware it was a competitive market, even though house viewings were one at a time. He didn't bamboozle me with lots of sales talk, just gave me straight information and an honest appraisal of what we could expect. He got a higher price than I expected, which was the icing on the cake! Thanks David.

David’s knowledge of the market was exceptional. Through his experience in the marketplace, he was able to advise me as to when was the best time to sell, given my situation. David kept in touch over an extended period of time, which showed me his enthusiasm and passion for his work. Not having sold a property in nearly forty years, I was quite apprehensive about procedures that were in place these days. He and his team guided me through, and I was thrilled to have a sale after just two weeks.

Peter would have to be the friendliest, happiest, most proactive and knowledgeable agent I have ever met. Peter deserves 5 stars for his help through the whole process from arranging inspections through to contract signing. Even post signing, Peter is keen to don his boots and visit during our renovation. It was a pleasure to deal with an agent who really knows the area and the property market. Peter sent market predictions, RBA updates along the way, which was very helpful. Thank you Peter.

Peter has a fantastic handle on the Park Orchards area & we were never in doubt of which agent we would be using to assist in selling our property. This was our second experience with Peter & we would never go elsewhere.

David is incredibly hard working & passionate. He knows the area & the industry to such an incredible degree that it makes you glad to have him in your corner when you’re selling! The service experience from end to end was exceptional. He provided honest insight into what we could do to maximise value and impact on the market, and guided us to list at the right time of the year. His knowledge and expertise paid off. We were blown away by the attendance at our opens and by the offers we received.

I have dealt with many agents over the years, but must say that Brent went above and beyond expectations during the auction program for our sale. His passion for the area, and our home, in particular, gave us the confidence to go with him. And he and his team, delivered the results promised. With the support of Tash, his amazing sales consultant, all opens were held on time and were a breeze. Brent's attention to detail meant that we didn't need to worry.
