Dave had recently sold our son's home in a matter of weeks. His knowledge of the area and market was very reassuring to us when selling our home. We were so impressed with his friendly and positive approach at the same time being very professional. Great outcome!

We knew from the outset that we had selected the right agents in choosing Hoskins Real Estate. Both Brent and Brady were a pleasure to deal with and they put us at ease right from the start. Brent's excellent knowledge of the Croydon Hills area was truly an advantage. Advice provided in readying the house for auction was most valuable and certainly helped in achieving such a fantastic result on auction day. We would certainly recommend Hoskins to Family and Friends looking to buy or sell.

I have known David for a number of years now, and he has always kept me fully apprised of the market and suitable properties for us to consider. His sale of the above townhouse was handled in a very thoughtful and professional manner. He took into account our special requests and relayed them to the builder. He also arranged for us to meet the builder/developer twice. He handled any queries we had in a prompt and proficient manner. David was (and still is) a pleasure to deal with.

Brent is excellent in advice, communication, follow up and reporting. He understood our requirements and worked with us for a positive result. A very honest agent that I would highly recommend. In less than 2 weeks our property was sold. We have used Brent for selling and purchasing in the past and would do so again without hesitation.

His key advice on how to approach our sales campaign as well as his openness, transparency and honesty eased us through what would have been an extremely stressful period of our lives. Thanks Brent, you are a champ!
