The high level of professionalism and the attention to detail shown to us by Brent throughout the entire Auction process helped us achieve an outstanding result on the day.Thank you Brent and Hoskins. We would definitely recommend Brent to family and friends who may be needing the services of an Outstanding Estate Agent.
Brent Peters
A very professional process from beginning to end. We have sold through Brent twice now and have been thoroughly impressed with the level of engagement and commitment from the whole team that just doesn't waiver. Excellent communication, every commitment met, genuine enthusiasm and desire to achieve a great result. Will definitely recommend to family and friends.

Our research of property sales in the Ringwood, Park Orchards and Croydon areas established that Brent Peters of Hoskins Real Estate sold more properties in our target price range than all other agents. His presentation to us was clear and he did not hard-sell. My wife and I agreed with his 'Set Sale' strategy but were unsure about his recommendation for a short three week marketing campaign. But. boy, he did deliver the results. With over 60 groups through the property in just three Open Inspections, the Set Sale date had to be brought forward - just 10 days. We have a lovely home and implemented a couple of Brent's suggestions. Eight written offers were received - all of them were exceptional. In the end, the highest three offers were incredibly close. We cannot speak highly enough about Brent Peters and the results he achieved. He is unreservedly recommended. J & T Rodda 27 April 2016
Brent Peters
We decided to work with Brent after seeing the great result he achieved for a neighbour and our experience with him following up and doing what he said he would do (a trait sadly lacking in many of the agents we encountered in Croydon). Brent really knows his stuff and his staff and industry partners do too. Beyond Brent, we were really impressed with their designer and photographer who took the time to give valuable advice and get the best possible shots. If you are looking for a mature and approachable agent to sell your home I cannot recommend Brent highly enough.

After much research I finally picked Brent and Hoskins as my agent and have never regretted it. He was honest with me regarding the house and what to expect, so no surprises and really understood the best way to sell our house in Croydon Hills. The designer provided by Brent was the icing on the cake and helped to set up the house. The tradesmen on his books are the best in the area, quick and professional. The house was off the market in 2 weeks. Thanks Brent (and Maddie) for your professionalism and advice.

All preparations for the emotional sale of our house were professional and all members of the Hoskins team were supportive and understanding. Brent, Maddie and team were always available even after hours from beginning to end, and their communication was excellent. Brent was very obliging and nothing was too much trouble, we've dealt with him before and wouldn't hesitate to use him again. Can't thank you enough!

Brent and his team recently sold our property for a price well above our expectations and also above the going rate for properties in our area. He presented us with a professional and well thought out sales campaign that included advice on how best to present the home and also a very comprehensive marketing campaign plan. Brent is very personable and credible and easy to do business with and he has a professional support team working with him. We were delighted with outcome from the sale of our home and have no hesitation in recommending Brent anyone interested in successfully selling their property.

I actually purchased my property from Brent Peters (Hoskins) 7 years earlier and found him to be extremely professional, so when it was time to sell, there was no hesitation in using Brent again. We got the result we wanted both times, and in the end that's what is the most important expectation. Brent and Hoskins delivers a result !... with excellent communication and many service oriented 1%ers... They are extremely persistent and courteous. Their staff are very well trained. I would highly recommend you talk to Brent..

We found Brent Peters of Hoskins Croydon to be a very professional person who provided sound and realistic advice. We had a quick sale largely because we took Brent's advice on high quality advertising in both normal photos and in a high quality video. The free advice we received on getting the house ready for market and the interior design presentation were organised by Brent who provided very high quality advisers. The existing Hoskins database clients that they had access to was a real advantage in ensuring many potential buyers attended our 3 open house days. Brent provided very prompt and clear feedback on a regular basis throughout the sale process. We also had previously purchased another house through Brent and our experience with him in that purchase encouraged us to use him for our sale. In summary; very professional, clear communicator with very sound local knowledge and clear marketing and presentation advice. We would highly recommend Brent. Jenny and David

WOW We were simply blown away by Peter's honest and approachable manner. Never before have we had dealings with an agent and really felt as if they had our best interests at heart. He made us feel comfortable from the onset and kept us in the loop from start to finish. Unfortunately for Peter and the staff at Hoskins Donvale they found us our dream home so we will not be selling any time soon but I would 100% recommend Peter and the staff at Hoskins hands down. Leaps and bounds in front of the rest Thanks Tom and Leah Gribbin
