We believe that Peter worked for the seller as it was one of his own employees therefore he got the best price for him being NICK WARTON who we also don't think much of him as he says buyer beware when we asked for a couple of structural things to be fixed wich he still hasn't still waiting for the roff to be repionted where they fixed the spouting
