We had an amazing experience with Peter and his team when purchasing a multi-million dollar property in Donvale last month. Peter went well above and beyond the call of duty to help us complete a complicated purchase from overseas. He got stuck in and hands on with both ourselves and the vendor to help quickly form an important rapport and trust which was desperately needed on this occasion as we skirted international barriers and challenges to get to a signed contract. He made himself available not only at all hours of the day and night dealing with international and interstate timezones but even answered emails when on his own holiday! He applied his experience and knowledge to offer us and the vendor all the assurance and guidance we needed to get a successful win:win sale across the line and has stayed involved since to ensure it comes through smoothly all the way to settlement. I ask you - who does that unsolicited these days? No one. Peter has found his calling, is refreshingly honest, down to earth and fair to all parties and works damn hard.
