Our research of property sales in the Ringwood, Park Orchards and Croydon areas established that Brent Peters of Hoskins Real Estate sold more properties in our target price range than all other agents. His presentation to us was clear and he did not hard-sell. My wife and I agreed with his 'Set Sale' strategy but were unsure about his recommendation for a short three week marketing campaign. But. boy, he did deliver the results. With over 60 groups through the property in just three Open Inspections, the Set Sale date had to be brought forward - just 10 days. We have a lovely home and implemented a couple of Brent's suggestions. Eight written offers were received - all of them were exceptional. In the end, the highest three offers were incredibly close.
