We were naturally very nervous about selling our first home. Brent came over and immediately we felt comfortable. Brent is very personable, has a wealth of industry knowledge, and provided an accurate valuation of our property. Brent chose the absolute best method of sale for our property and developed a targeted, powerful campaign for our property. We sold at auction with a very pleasing result. During the campaign Brent would call with updates, reassurances, and advice. We never felt left in the dark or pushed - like many of the horror stories we have heard from others. I believe the Hoskins database alone is unmatched, and was one of the main reasons we chose to list with Brent and his team. The number of potential buyers coming through our home - many were from this database, and it gave us confidence that they were targeting the right buyers for our property. We highly recommend Brent and his team at Hoskins - in the end we also bought our next house from Hoskins! Selling a house can be a daunting process, as is choosing an agent. There are agents that may promise higher results, but I believe the advice and sales method and impressive negotiating skills adopted by by Brent Peters of Hoskins will achieve the best possible result from the market, and in a short time frame. The process with Hoskins, from the photography for the brochures, website and board to the interior style consultant and copywriter and all the Hoskins sales team was professional, friendly and reassuring. We believe that Peter worked for the seller as it was one of his own employees therefore he got the best price for him being NICK WARTON who we also don't think much of him as he says buyer beware when we asked for a couple of structural things to be fixed wich he still hasn't still waiting for the roff to be repionted where they fixed the spouting

From the moment we invited the team at Hoskins in for a market appraisal of our home at Henry Smith Place Croydon Hills and throughout from end to end of the selling process Peter and the team at Hoskins were transparent, realistic about the market,professional and always kept we informed.
