Before selling our property, I researched to find the best agent in the area, and Brent's name kept popping up. Our first impression upon meeting with Brent was that he was passionate and genuine, and we had an instant feeling that he would get the best price for our property. He was extremely knowledgable and took the time to explain every aspect of the sale process to us. Unlike other agents, he didn't immediately start hassling us to put our house on the market, and respected our wishes to wait a month or so. The communication throughout the process was very detailed and thorough, with follow up calls after every inspection. The included service of a house stylist, Leanne, was invaluable as she gave us wonderful advice which we believe contributed to the sale of our property. we were very pleased with the commitment shown by both Peter and Cheryl. We were however very dissaponted with John Hoskins on our purchase as he specifically advised both of us and our daughter at the open viewing that a free standing kitchen unit was included in the sale. He then went back on this and we ended up paying $800 for this item. He also did not ensure that the "studio/ workshop" described in the particulars had the benches necessary for a studio or workshop did not remain. Without some form of bench a workshop becomes a SHED!
