I found that dealing with Hoskins Real Estate was a very rewarding experience in lots of ways and in particular Peter Moulden and his Team. Not only did we receive a very high quality of service through the entire process but the sale of our property was also an excellent result.......and this just not happen as it is through the persistence and point to detail in the recommendations etc which were tabled by Peter and his people......nothing was a problem and the assistance given along the way was great. Late last year we enlisted the services of Peter Moulden to help us sell our Investment property so that we could reduce our overall debt position. Right from the outset Peter great, at every opportunity he would email us or call to give an update and during the negotiation period he remained true to our asking price and deflected nonsense offers from potential buys saying 'They will come back once they understand the market'.
