My partner called it painless. I differ a little as like most people I loved my home. But do agree the process went unbelievably well. We were lucky enough to receive a sale for more than we were quoted in the very short time span of 2 weeks from first advertised to sold. Which I'm sure is to do with the amazing amount of people who inspected the property. Brent also helped us purchase a fantastic property which we are very much looking forward to moving into. Considering 7 weeks ago we had no intension of moving it has been a whirlwind few weeks. We have so appreciated all Brent's and the entire Hoskin's staff's efforts.

There was great interest from both his Donvale & Croydon office & the whole Hoskins' team was involved in our sale from the start. John gave excellent feedback on how to spend our funds in tidying up our home to maximize our return. What can be a traumatic experience was made very easy by John. I would thoroughly recommend him, especially in that Donvale, Park Orchards to Croydon belt. he really knows the market in this eastern fringe.

After a very disappointing round with another agent in the attempt to sell the property, I knew I have to go back to Brent, who had previously sold a property for me about 8 years ago. Brent was truthful, has enough marketing knowledge and most of all used his best ability to negotiate and sell the property. The property was sold within one week after just one open for inspection and secured a short settlement date.
