About Leon

Leon is a licensed real estate agent and auctioneer. He started building when he was 17 years old and became a licensed builder at age 24. He started selling properties just after he turned 28 and created the Hot Property brand at age 32 which has been responsible for more than $3 Billion worth of sales in the Toowoomba region. Leon has been personally buying and selling property in the Toowoomba region since he was 18 years old and knows all the emotions both Buyers and Sellers experience during their sales. Leon has a wealth of knowledge in both residential and commercial property dealings. Leon is a developer/builder/renovator and tenant and loves to share his many years of building relationships with his clients.

Aaron is a dedicated real estate agent with a passion for investment properties and helping others successfully invest in their own piece of real estate. Purchasing his first investment property at the age of 20, Aaron is personally invested in Toowoomba and knows what it feels like to buy and sell property. Jacob Carlile is a second-generation Australian real estate agent, entrepreneur, and investor. Whilst studying for his Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Finance and Accounting at the University of Southern Queensland, Jacob worked in financial services with Morgans, Australia's largest national full-service stockbroking and wealth management network. In December 2019 Jacob joined the family business full-time as a director, a business he has been a part of since day one (2002). Alongside his father, Leon Carlile, and business partner, Greg Riehl, Hot Property has grown to be the largest independent real estate agency in the Toowoomba region. In addition to his work in real estate, Jacob is an entrepreneur, public speaker, and author, having published his first business/self-help book at age 21, The Dynamics of Change. Jacob himself purchased his very first investment property at age 19 and strongly believes that by investing in real estate alongside his clients he can most truly serve them and not just "talk the talk" but "walk the walk". As a Director of Hot Property, Jacob leads Marketing and Business Development as well as the growing Property Management division. Jacob was awarded Rising Star Property Manager of the Year by the Real Estate Institute of Queensland (REIQ) at the 2021 REIQ Awards for Excellence. Jacob was born in Toowoomba, Queensland, where he was raised and schooled. He still calls Toowoomba home with his wife, Nicole, who also runs her business in town, Freedom Lifestyle & Fitness.

Aaron stood out head and shoulders above the rest

In order to sell my house I approached three agents based on reviews. On paper all seemed equal. After having a chat with all three Aaron stood out head and shoulders above the rest. He impressed me with his very calm demeanour and impressive knowledge, especially the fluent and unambiguous explanation of “the sales pitch”. Although initially not the cheapest, marketing and commission negotiations ended up saving me a lot of money and he ended up being the most reasonable outlay. Good job Aaron

Absolutely fantastic to deal with

Cole was absolutely fantastic to deal with when buying our first home. The whole process was quick and easy. More than accommodating for us.

Can't thank Aaron enough for making the process of buying our first home as smooth and comfortable as it can be. We lived out of town and Aaron and his team were more than accommodating for us.
