They were very courteous and respectful of what we wanted to achieve. once our property was listed we had three open houses. following these opening they provided comphrehensive and constructive feedback to us regading the prtetial buyers and their opinions on our property. At the date of closing of expressions of interest, we had three offers. two were subject to the sale of their existing property and one was subject to finance. Helen and Madeline negotiated with the later potential buyer who increased their offer by $25,000. We accepted this offer and the property settled four weeks later. Seling your home is an emotional and stressful process. We are grateful that Helen and Madeline made this process much easier to deal with.

This is our second deal with David having purchased from him 4 years ago. We sold our investment property with him and would not have trusted anyone else but him to do so.
