the interest on mortgages increased so much, that it is a huge pressure to buy an invested property. my husband and I wanted to rent our property out ASAP to help pay the mortgage. They managed to put the property on the market to lease before settlement. had a few open houses and helped us find a family to live in. the tenant paid the rent on time so far. it seems the House 2 home found a good tenant for us. A good tenant is important for an investment property.

Excellent communication, respectful manner and great market knowledge. They found a quality tenant that is suited for our rental property and minimised the time between tenants by arranging well timed ads and open houses. They carefully selected a short-list of potential tenants. They arranged maintenance jobs to be done between tenancies too. I wish all property managers were like this one.
