Aquirement of Tenancy
From the moment Amanda Brown's listing was posted and our subsequent application submitted, she and her team were quick and professional in their communication with us regarding the process. On the day of the inspection, Amanda was courteous and facilitating. Upon gaining the tenancy, Amanda again personally explained the process moving forward and she and Reeza Arceo patiently answered our questions. Our experience with House 2 Home Real Estate and Amanda Brown as our contact agent has been stress-free and supportive. Amazing Compassionate Agency!
Rentals on the Gold Coast are extremely hard at the moment & Amanda from House 2 Home made the process quick & easy. Unlike other agencies I was not judged for being a single mother/Solo income earner, Amanda took my application on board as she would any other applicant. If you want to go with an agency who really will make any house feel like a home go with these guys.

We fell in love with our home from the moment we saw the photos. It couldn’t have been more perfect! We knew the market was tough and we’d have our work cut out for us, but we hoped for the best. The best came in the form of our Rental Agent Karrine! From the start, she was friendly, courteous and quite pleasant to speak with. She went out of her way to ensure we saw the property - staying back those extra few minutes and just allowing us an opportunity most agents wouldn’t have given. Upon submission of our application, she presented us to the best of her ability - firmly believing we were a good choice. She advocated and advised, ensuring our interests and those of the owner were both met. I was most impressed with her when she stated she would rather have the right tenant in a property than one who simply flashed a lot of money - this was a sign we had met someone who listened to her moral convictions. She has a keen sense of character and I firmly believe you have a remarkable young lady in your employ - one who will ensure the best outcome for all your clients. As far as your business is concerned, in all my many years of renting, I have never encountered an agency that took such great personal care of their tenants! From follow up calls, to follow through service, from informative emails to instructional directions. Our whole experience has been nothing short of a complete blessing!
