I love what I do and that is matching homes to buyers and helping owners transition to their next journey Early in my career I learnt that I needed to treat each property sale individually and that each one would provide a new set of challenges. I recognise that each home seller has a different set of concerns, hopes and lifestyle aspirations. Therefore, my job is to listen, and then come up with the best set of solutions for each client. I enjoy working in a consultative team with my home seller clientele to achieve their ultimate goals. In fact, I’m now excited, to help many lifelong clients who are now transitioning to different styles of properties as they upsize with a growing family or downsize as their lifestyle needs change. What’s stood me apart from other agents, I believe, is my ability to empathise and understand that a home sale is often a trying and emotionally charged time, where there are so many thoughts and emotions for not just the owners, but for the whole family. Having my own children and now grandchildren I understand the trials and tribulations associated with raising a family and securing not only your future but also theirs. My team and I, go to great lengths to help our clients, from weeding a garden before a photo shoot to decluttering and bringing in the finishing touches (sometimes from our own homes) to recommending renovations that will help clients achieve a top sale price. My team is also as committed to excellence as I am. False information and poor contact

When purchasing a property was told by realtor that Body Corp would be fixing issues. Body corp explained that no application had been received to correct issues and was owner’s responsibility not body corp. despite showing interest in making an offer on the property at the open home I had to contact the realtors partner multiple times to make offer.

Seller of house in Jacobs Well, QLD

Matt sold my property within the first week of it being listed. I found Matt to be honest and professional in his approach. He provided me with sound advice, and his extensive knowledge of the local market gave me the confidence that he is the right person to sell my property for me. Best in the business.

Nadine is an outstanding agent. She managed our investment property for years and after a couple of bad experiences with other agents ( including outright lying to ourselves and our tenants) we knew immediately that Nadine was the agent for us. Her level of care and honesty is unparalleled and any maintenance issues were taken care of promptly and to a high standard. She really cares about the property and the relationships she has with you and the tenants. When we decided to sell we didn’t even consider using any other agent because we knew she would give us the best advice and be completely transparent and honest about our situation. She has great contacts within the industry and even when I was panic stricken or confused she talked to me calmly and clearly and any phone calls or texts were replied to within minutes helping to reduce my stress levels. We took every piece of advice given and the result was phenomenal. We listed on the Wednesday and had a contract which exceeded our expectations only 5 days later. Using Nadine to sell our house gave us great piece of mind because we knew we were in safe hands. She made the whole process easy and unproblematic and it was because of her attention to detail and knowledge of real estate that we got the result we did. Her entire team is held to the same high standard. If you are contemplating selling I urge you to use her services. I am hard to please because I hate sales bluster and the tactics agents use but Nadine is that rare unicorn in that she is true to her word and down to earth and can be trusted 100%.

Professional and Helpful

Matt was always very professional and knowledgeable in relation to the current market and what is expected and needed to make a successful sale. He was also very down to earth and approachable with all questions, concerns and ideas that we had.
