Easy to deal with and looked after our interests.
I found Matt to be easy going and yet professional. He knew the local area and the market values and provided advice on how much (or little) to spend on the house to prepare it for sale. He organised tradesman to fix required items on the house without us having to travel significant distances to the home to organise this. Overall a relatively smooth transaction. Thanks Matt.
