found Nick to be very knowledgeable of the central highlands area.
We chose Nick as we had been advised by some of his previous clients that they had had great selling experiences with him. We can now say that was also the case with us. Honest and hardworking and kept us informed on the progress of our sale. Would recommend him to anyone looking for an agent to sell their property.

great communicator
Nick is knowledgeable about his local area market. He is excellent at following up inquiries from prospective purchasers. Nick is also willing to put in his time with multiple open home and travelling for out of hrs inspections. Nick is easy going and thorough when communicating with the vendor on all aspects throughout the campaign. We were glad we chose Nick as our agent and would use him again if we were ever in the market.

Sublime service
With the current rental crisis getting worse everyday, there was no way I was heading to Tasmania with 4 dogs insitu and no house to move into. With work commitments making it impossible to fly down for physical viewings, buying via FaceTime video call was the only way moving forward. This meant I had to relying on the agent to be upfront and honest, and available to answer my random messages throughout the buying process. Nick Hay was genuine in his approach and to my utter delight has helped me buy the house of my dreams. I cannot wait to leave the Queensland and move into my house in Oatlands. Statistically, the real estate profession has the worst reputation of mistrust. Nick Hay is the exception to this generalisation and I urge anyone buying remotely to engage in his services. Thanks Nick. I will toast you on my first night in my new home.
