Ripped off

Nick is very good at what he does
We have use on 2 occasion and found him very professional as a real estate agent. He is understanding at what the client wants and determined to get the best price for you. A consummate professional, sets the bar for his peers
Nick is a consummate industry professional - experienced, friendly, respectful and honest. He is extremely knowledgeable in all relevant real estate and council legislation, as well as being able to quickly refer me to a highly regarded solicitor & conveyancer service to seal the deal. Nick is also an excellent communicator and negotiator, helping to achieve a mutually beneficial result for both buyer and vendor. After having a very poor, unprofessional and misleading (borderline illegal) experience with a different agent/different property I was looking at, it was clear to me that Nick’s years of experience was all the difference. Can’t recommend him highly enough, 5 stars is not enough!
