Thank you to Pierre Hadchiti of HPG Estate Agents, Airport West for managing the sale of our property at 4 Millar Road, Tullamarine. This property is probably the last large parcel of residential land – 1972 sqm in the area. We called on Pierre when we were ready to sell and he acted with respect and integrity throughout the campaign, respecting the history of the land which had been part of a 5 acre farm established in 1955 by the family when Tullamarine was country and Gladstone Park didn’t exist. Pierre acted with integrity and honesty, answering all our questions and keeping us informed throughout the journey. He did not pressure us to sell but rather supported us in whatever decisions we made and guided us through the current market situation to be able to make an informed and positive decision.
