Thank you to Pierre Hadchiti of HPG Estate Agents, Airport West for managing the sale of our property at 4 Millar Road, Tullamarine. This property is probably the last large parcel of residential land – 1972 sqm in the area. We called on Pierre when we were ready to sell and he acted with respect and integrity throughout the campaign, respecting the history of the land which had been part of a 5 acre farm established in 1955 by the family when Tullamarine was country and Gladstone Park didn’t exist. Pierre acted with integrity and honesty, answering all our questions and keeping us informed throughout the journey. He did not pressure us to sell but rather supported us in whatever decisions we made and guided us through the current market situation to be able to make an informed and positive decision. We would recommend anyone looking for personal support and attention in selling a property to consider Pierre and his team to represent you.

It’s about trust!

I went with my gut and trusted Pierre when I needed to sell my property and thankfully I was right! Let’s be honest Realestate agents are salespeople and most of them go on a paint a picture to only leave you disappointed. This was not the case with Pierre and his team I was well informed the whole way through. He was honest and did not try to mislead me. He genuinely cares about his clients. His knowledge of Tullamarine and its surrounds are second to none, he educates himself constantly on his area and knows exactly what the go is. Thank you Pierre!

Pretty Good

Pierre was very helpful from the start. He gave us an idea about the market situation and told us upfront how much worth our house stands for. His knowledge helped us in understanding the rates and the process. The whole journey from open houses to auction was pretty smooth. Would definitely recommend Pierre and HPG for their hard work and skills.
