I found Hudson Bond is very good at find tendnet for my property, the property normally won't vacante for more than a two weeks. Howevrer, the property managers are not very good at their personal skills, I only got a email but not phone call when they need to relist my property because the tendent is moving out..... Something to consider if you like your communication more effectively

I used HB to find some new tenants, as my current ones are moving out. Emily not only found multiple candidates within a week of advertising, but I now have new tenants lined up to move in the day after the current ones move out, will receive higher rent, and be paid 6 months in advance. Very appreciative of the regular updates and quick turnaround.
