A big thank you to Emily Smart who rented my property two days after settlement! The advertising campaign hadn't even started but she had people ready and lined up to view the property. I live overseas and she handled everything I asked her, above and beyond the scope of her engagement leading up to settlement. Her appraisal was honest and accurate and therefore my rental expectations were met. All my other dealings with the company give me confidence they are a very professional organisation. I would highly recommend Emily and Hudson Bond.
