As a seasoned Property Manager with a professional and friendly approach, Ilaria brings a bubbly and happy disposition to our Property Management Team. She is highly knowledgeable and accomplished with over nine years’ experience working in residential property management. Ilaria is always courteous to deal with and enjoys a busy and varied working environment where every day is a challenge that she embraces with enthusiasm. Showing superb skill and expertise as a Property Management Team Leader, her aim is to always work in the best interests of our clients in order to get the job done with the best result. She does this through good communication and providing excellent customer care with all of our properties for rent. Ilaria has a comprehensive understanding of real estate in the inner west, having lived here her whole life. She is totally in tune with its vibrant and cosmopolitan lifestyle, and safe family-friendly community. She also loves being part of a business where she gets to help people and advise them on their property needs.

Highly Recommended Hudson McHugh

The team at Hudson Mchugh are brilliant. I thank - Rocco, Leva, Elliott, Rebecca, Kath, Valentine, Lars, Joseph and the HMH team enough. Having experienced their service as both a renting tenant and now a landlord they have been amazing to deal with. Good natured with a team attitude, and highly responsive and empathetic to needs of tenants and property owners. They are ruthless in keeping property owners up-to-date and informed to feel secure about important decisions regarding the maintenance of buildings and the requirements of much loved tenants. The recent tenant in Leichhardt recently made a comment to me about how wonderful the HMH team are in contrast to agents she had dealt with in the past.. my positive experience with HMH followed my years of working with less professional real estate agents and disastrous Strata management companies. Within a short-term of signing up with HMH, I had very happy tenants and I was referred to a great local Inner West Strata company who took on Strata Management extremely proficiently. I am extremely grateful and I’m very happy to now be able to travel whilst knowing my much loved apartment is being well managed by HMH and a lovely tenant.
