As a seasoned Property Manager with a professional and friendly approach, Ilaria brings a bubbly and happy disposition to our Property Management Team. She is highly knowledgeable and accomplished with over nine years’ experience working in residential property management. Ilaria is always courteous to deal with and enjoys a busy and varied working environment where every day is a challenge that she embraces with enthusiasm. Showing superb skill and expertise as a Property Management Team Leader, her aim is to always work in the best interests of our clients in order to get the job done with the best result. She does this through good communication and providing excellent customer care with all of our properties for rent. Ilaria has a comprehensive understanding of real estate in the inner west, having lived here her whole life. Transparent and extremely accomodating

Rocco was very transparent with from the beginning on his thoughts of how we should approach this and what to expect. Kept me updated and gave me his insights along the way. Was also willing to attend the property on my behalf when I needed people to come in to do works/install something.

Responsive, knowledgeable and consistent

Greg and other staff at Hudson McHugh have been fantastic in explaining their rental process, guiding me as a first time landlord in how it all works. They have been confident but considerate, and have always sought to pursue my personal preference rather than the most lucrative option. We were able to rent my unit very quickly, and I have felt well supported throughout this process.

Very satisfied with their guidance and help in renting out my property.

Rocco has a good sense of the market and helped with setting a reasonable rent, criteria that help me with selection of a suitable tenant that allowed the property to be leased within 2 weeks. I would definately recommend this agency.
