The whole rental process was smooth and professional. The agent was very responsive and easy to communicate with, always replying promptly to emails and messages. They demonstrated good knowledge of the property and clearly explained all procedures, including the lease, bond, and condition report. Any issues we raised were handled efficiently. For example, maintenance requests were followed up quickly, and a work order was arranged without delay.
