Lars' expertise in selling homes helped us navigate our way through a very stressful period with ease. His calm nature, friendly demeanor, and knowledge of the local market made the whole process seamless from end to end. I would highly recommend Lars and his team to anyone selling their home in the Inner West.

Having met with other estate agencies prior, they had planted doubt within our mind that they could do more than James and the Team from Hudson McHugh. Everyone else tried to overload us with fluffy information and saying that "we can bring in buyers from other markets who have more money to spend" but James can just as easily access these buyers. James's results dont lie - the man gets results, and he does it in an open, down-to-earth manner that breaks the mould of the "stereotypical Real Estate Agent". The process of working with James was stress-free from day one. Selling a property can be such an overwhelming process and James removed all of our stress and concerns. From day one, the process was simple and professional. After having met with James and awarding him the sales agreement to sell our property, James and the team kicked into high-gear immediately. Communication was constant with James and his team with emails, phone calls, text messages and weekly reports and statistics - we always knew what was happening throughout the process. For example, within minutes of an open house being completed he would text and tell us how many people inspected, how many contracts were requested and how he personally felt about the progress. The communication removed any ambiguity or doubt about what was happening. We sold our property prior to auction for a price that exceeded our expectations, but never did we feel forced by James. The whole way through James felt like an extra family member guiding us through the process - he would listen to our comments and thoughts and provide objective evidence on how best to proceed. To put it simply, dont worry about speaking to anyone else, James and the team at Hudson McHugh will get you the results you need with a professional, no bull$h1t approach.

Peter was very good to deal with. Straightforward, on top of the brief and solid skill base in managing the sale. He was also authentic, and made the whole selling experience very manageable.

Lars doorknocked us some years ago introducing himself and HCMH. We weren't interested in selling and sent him on his way... He reinitiated contact with us last year, and presented a compelling case for us to entrust him to sell our beloved home. Throughout the sales process he was incredibly active, engaged, responsive and helpful. His knowledge of the area and the market helped guide us through the process to the successful conclusion.

Our experience liaising with James as buyers has been positive in every way. From the initial enquiry up until the final call congratulating us for purchasing the property, James provided outstanding service, keeping us in the loop with regular updates and making the process smooth and easy in a very stressful market. We couldn’t recommend James more highly.

My partner and I were deeply impressed by Lars Foged. He sold our house in just six days and set a record price for a two bedroom house in our suburb. Lars mapped out a thoughtful strategy for presenting our property to its best potential and reaching the right buyers. He worked hard and chased down every detail. Lars is a great communicator. He kept us informed all the way and won our trust. And he got results, a record price for a two bedroom house in Petersham.

We bought our property in February 2021 and Lars was the selling agent. The transaction was very smooth with great communications throughout. Lars was always quick to respond to any questions we had during and after the sale went through. Highly recommended from our experience.

It is apparent from the first meeting with Lars that he is extremely knowledgeable, professional and experienced in his field. It is however his open, calm, honest and ‘no pressure’ style communication that I was most impressed with. Lars very much guided me through the sale of my property however at all stages I felt I in control and confident with the process. Lars worked hard in getting me the best results for my property and circumstances. I would highly recommend him and his team.
