James is very approachable and understanding of buyers needs and emotions. Doesn’t have that pushy sales attitude that often characterised other agents. He gives you an honest and real opinion, truly cares about his clients and he is really good at building report over time. He knew what we needed and it wasn’t only about the money therefore as soon as the right buyer and deal presented he was quick to close. It took so much stress out of the all experience and we can now relax plan our next step.
