We have been looking for a house for 6 months and agents wouldn't give us a second glimpse and we felt judged and frustrated. We missed out on another property in Leichhardt and straight away David and his team were able to suggest a similar one which had just come on the market and we were able to move quickly. He went above and beyond to talk me through the building inspection, something no other agent has done. We were kept notified throughout the entire experience which made it flawless and less stressful for us in buying our first home. Thank you David and also big mention to Joseph who let us inspect the place out of ours to suit us!

David gave us great advise and put us in touch with the right people to assist us in presenting our property for sale. He maintained communication throughout the pre-sale and campaign period, we knew what was happening every step of the way. He delivered above our expectations and also helped us secure a new family home. We highly recommend David and the team at Hudson McHugh.

David knows the Leichhardt market incredibly well. He put together then delivered an outstanding marketing campaign. The consistent updates were reassuring and provided us a lot of confidence. We sold before auction at a price that exceeded our expectations - very well done.

We have had a fabulous experience with James Price and all of his team at Hudson McHugh, including Rocco and Christina. I had no hesitation in engaging James as our selling agent and he took complete control of our sale process and was efficient and thorough in his communications, making us feel at ease throughout the entire campaign. We felt very confident that he would get us the best result possible, and he did! We are thrilled with our result and highly recommend him to other potential vendors. Thank you James!

Peter was the real estate agent conducting the sale of the property we purchased. We were the successful purchasers -- however we were overseas and we needed to conduct our bids by telephone auction. Peter helped arrange this leading to a successful property purchase. No issue too big or small for Peter -- thank you.

We had no doubts about using Hudson McHugh to sell our house as we loved their personal style from first meeting them 6 years ago. However the service we received from them was outstanding and even better than we expected! James was awesome from the start at guiding us through the process, keeping our expectations realistic and always being available. His knowledge of the local selling market made us feel so confident in trusting him with our sale and he proved his expertise by getting us an end result way above our initial hopes and also within a week! If we ever move again he will definitely be first choice of agent for us

David, James and the team at Hudson McHugh made our search for a new home feel like such an easy process. They understood our requirements from the offset and were always more than happy to help with our questions and repeat viewings! Their knowledge of the local area combined with their personal, relaxed but professional attitude makes it so obvious why they are the Inner Wests favourite agents. I can't recommend them highly enough and wouldn't hesitate to use them again
