I have bought and sold many properties over the years but nothing in the Dulwich Hill area, so took a gamble on a different Real Estate company and person. This was the 8th or 9th property I've bought through David or his team for clients, many of which have been off market. This was another off market purchase which was quite delicate as it was tenanted and one of the vendors were overseas. He had been working on this for months and finally came to fruition. He is extremely well connected and always goes above and beyond to get the best outcome. I cant recommend him highly enough, really enjoy dealing with him as he is a great communicator and works exceptionally hard. I'm sure there are many more of my happy buyers to come!

I would highly recommend people to other people wishing to also sell their property. The need to help and understand the particular needs and expectations of the client are important without being a pushy inconsiderate agent with own agenda. The need to inform and explain to the client each step and the reason for each step of the way is important and also sometimes the reason for the step so that the client does not feel being taken in a direction that is only for the benefit of the agent is important. Peter has this ability to help the client to be confident that all is for the benefit of the client and not just the agent's personal interests and benefit. In other words a climate of trust was present and this is very important as many agents do not have this reputation or ability. To dissipate a climate of suspicion is important and Peter was able to do this with genuine sincerity.

I first approached Peter regarding a great sale price he achieved in my street. He initially thought I was a buyer and I liked his communication style and the way he would treat prospective buyers. At the end of the day, the agent is selling to buyers not the vendor. Peter showed through the sales process how quickly he could build trust and rapport with buyers. From our first face to face meeting, Peter was able to articulate clearly his marketing and strategy plan rather than trying to impress us with the price he could achieve. At the end of the day, the market dictates what price a property will sell for but it’s the agent’s role to ensure they work hard to execute on the plan and show the property to as many buyers and keeping them interested throughout the process which can be daunting for many. Coming from a sales background in the property industry myself, I liked how Peter not only identified the unique selling features of our property but also how he was going to handle challenging questions from buyers in this current tough market, in particular the recent sale of an apartment next door in our complex that sold for $100k lower than our expectations by another local agent. After the first Saturday viewing, Peters strategy brought through over 70 groups and more during the midweek viewing and the property was sold within 6 days, allowing us to settle earlier. Not only did he achieve our reserve price but exceeded it. We wouldn't hesitate in using Peter again who is knowledgeable, great personality and has the right ingredients required to make that perfect agent.
