James was very knowledgeable about the local area. His team had a large database of prospective buyers to take through the property. They were professional and made a big effort to get us a decent price for our property.

James was a pleasure to work with - professional, warm and responsive. He provided timely information and reliable communication. He and his team made themselves available when needed and have been consistent in their support throughout the purchase and pre-settlement period.

It was great to be able to tap into Gabriela's wealth of experience in sales in our local area. She understood us, our property and the area and was able to translate this information into a very strong campaign. Her energy is contagious which was a great asset at what can be a very tiring and stressful time.

Peter has a strong grasp of the local market and was very clear in terms of communicating the sales strategy that he felt would deliver an optimal result. After just one open and 4 contract holders, Peter was able to close the sale and exchange within days of the open. He negotiated confidently, and gave me honest guidance as to where the sale should land. Very pleased with the process and outcome.

I recently bought this property through Peter on behalf of my clients. He was clear with his feedback on buyer interest and vendor expectations. My clients were first home buyers who were slightly nervous, therefore the process had to be smooth and efficient. Peter helped facilitate that. We bought the property after the first open house as both parties wanted a quick sale and short settlement.

Right from our first encounter with James, he and the team at Hudson McHugh demonstrated a hunger for our business through their exceptional service, a great knowledge of the local area and our street, frequent communication and updates and just doing everything they said they would. Their assistance referring services to painting, cleaning and styling allowed us to get ready for the open house inside 2 weeks and the short campaign certainly paid dividends for us. From our decision to sell on 13 Sept, signing Hudson McHugh on 17th Sept to the open houses on 5th Oct to the auction on 24th October the sales process continues to move so smoothly.

We were on the property market for only 2 months before buying (very happy by the way!), and it's thanks to the attentiveness and excellent communication of all the team at Hudson McHugh, in particular David. Would highly recommend working with them.

I am a Buyer's Agent. I purchased a property marketed by James in Leichhardt for a client of mine. Every dealing with James was honest, timely and very professional. Whilst we were representing opposite sides of the transaction, I would be happy to recommend James as an agent who can be trusted and easy to deal with.
