David and Peter (and the office team) clearly have a high standard of customer service and were always responsive, transparent, honest and thoughtful towards my family and I throughout the campaign. Above all else, both David and Peter have superb interpersonal skills and we managed to have some fun and laughter along the way. Important when selling a house is pretty stressful to say the least. We first met James when we were looking to buy a house in Leichhardt. Needless to say during our 3 or 4 months of house hunting we met many many agents, but James left an impression on us as one of the most genuine and enthusiastic agents we had met. So, while our new house was not purchased through him, when it came to sell our old and much loved house he was immediately on the shortlist of agents, and ultimately we decided he would be the best agent for the job. Throughout the process he was extremely communicative, and though it was a tough time to be on the market, he worked very hard to get us a great result in the end. And it wasn't just James - the entire staff at Hudson McHugh were a pleasure to work with (shoutout to Maria!). They were extremely proactive, and nothing we asked or needed was too much.
