During a very difficult time of a very very sudden market drop and a high pass in rate at Auction since our house went on the market, the team at Hudson McHugh did their very best to keep two VERY STRESSED people reasonably sane :) It was a very difficult and unenjoyable time but the team did their best . They were always courteous and had a good sense of humour which helps such tense situations. On the actual Auction night David was a trouper in what must of been like walking a tight rope between two rooms and whilst we are not stupid enough to NOT realise an agency needs a sale to get their money - we did NOT especially on the night feel like we were being pushed to sell at all - in fact we felt they were doing their very best in a sudden turn down market. My only criticism - where are the Females guys ?????? They look great in purple trim as well ! Women make great sales people :) :):) Susan and Steve Anyway enough said - we would recommend them

A few weeks ago I was finishing up a renovation in Leichhardt and I wasn't sure which agent to use as there are so many to choose from and all of them promise you the best result and best service. So prior to the renovation completion I asked a few agents in the Leichhardt area to see if they had a buyer for this particular property. This is where I met James and his team from Hudson McHugh. From the onset James was honest and told me what I needed to hear and not what I wanted to hear. He was honest on the price and James and his team blew all the other agents out of the water. I had 5 diffrent agencies that were showing this property that week. James had over 20 groups come through in the first week and from the fist showing on Monday we had a signed contract that same week on Saturday. Compare this to other high profile agents that only showed the property to 2 or 3 groups. The property sold for a street record and exceeded all of our expectations. I couldnt thank James and his team enough for the effort they put in. I would definitly recommend Hudson McHugh and I will definitly be using them again in the near future.

We really enjoyed the enthusiasm that Hudson McHugh showed for selling our Summer Hill house. Their marketing campaign was cost effective and resulted in a huge number of inspections of our house. Their personal liaison with the prospective buyers was very good and resulted in a higher number of bidders than is usually the case. And they performed very well on the auction day.
