A few weeks ago I was finishing up a renovation in Leichhardt and I wasn't sure which agent to use as there are so many to choose from and all of them promise you the best result and best service. During a very difficult time of a very very sudden market drop and a high pass in rate at Auction since our house went on the market, the team at Hudson McHugh did their very best to keep two VERY STRESSED people reasonably sane :) It was a very difficult and unenjoyable time but the team did their best . They were always courteous and had a good sense of humour which helps such tense situations. On the actual Auction night David was a trouper in what must of been like walking a tight rope between two rooms and whilst we are not stupid enough to NOT realise an agency needs a sale to get their money - we did NOT especially on the night feel like we were being pushed to sell at all - in fact we felt they were doing their very best in a sudden turn down market. My only criticism - where are the Females guys ?????? They look great in purple trim as well ! Women make great sales people :) :):) Susan and Steve Anyway enough said - we would recommend them

We really enjoyed the enthusiasm that Hudson McHugh showed for selling our Summer Hill house. Their marketing campaign was cost effective and resulted in a huge number of inspections of our house.
