Despite initially setting a higher expected sale price range, David skillfully managed to secure a very good deal for us, converting buyer interest into a satisfying sale.
While the initial price expectations were a bit optimistic, the dedication David and his team showed in achieving a great sale price was commendable. Their professionalism, coupled with a genuinely easygoing interaction, made our experience positive. Based on our experience we’d recommend anyone looking for an Agent to have a chat with him, as for us he not only delivered results but made the journey there a pleasant one.
