David found us a buyer without going to a campaign. WE used David as we had experience of his professinal approach and hard work previously, which is why we looked to him to sell. We had our house sold in little over a week. Would highly recommend.

Such a "people person" Joseph was incredible at dealing with buyers, building rapport with them and then getting the best outcome. Wise and skillful beyond his years, and able to navigate difficult situations, I am so glad to have had Joseph on my side throughout the process.

David achieved a good result in a tough market. He managed expectations and was a great communicator. He did everything to maximise our result and gave advise that was hard to hear but important to have. We would use David again and recommend him.

When it came time to sell our house, we didn't think twice about choosing James Price and Hudson McHugh. Since meeting James many years ago, he's kept us informed about the Leichhardt market, which gave us a lot of confidence in his knowledge and advice. He's professional, friendly and dependable. He explained everything carefully and clearly, gave us as much time as we needed to answer our questions, and kept us informed every step of the way. He made the whole process as painless as possible for us, and secured a price we were very happy with. James was a pleasure to deal with.

It was clear from our first meeting that David enjoys talking to people. He has an engaging personality while maintaining a professional approach to his work. He and his team have been very approachable when we had questions about the property. When not able to provide an answer on the spot, David has on each occasion undertaken to check for us and returned with responses in a timely manner.
