He also provided advice when we renovated our house in terms of re-sale value. After a number of years, when we suggested we were thinking about selling, he immediately come to us with multiple potential buyers that could be interested ahead of us committing to a full marketing campaign/auction process. We managed to sell the property in a relatively painless process without having to move out, do much work to the house (painting, flooring, etc) at a good price for us. For anyone thinking about selling in Leichhardt would thoroughly recommend keeping in touch with David as his knowledge of the local market is exceptional.

We chose to sell our apartment with Lars based off of previous buying experience with Hudson McHugh where the communication was excellent. Lars did not disappoint and was there to meet and respond to all our needs whenever we had them. We communicated solely with him (important to us after buying a property with an agency who had multiple agents in communication with us and it was very confusing) and he helped us not to feel too overwhelmed with the huge-ness that is selling a property. The sale price was more than we could have hoped for. Lars comes highly recommended from us.
