From the start David was engaged and excited about the opportunity to sell our investment property which gave us confidence and made the process enjoyable. David and his team made the whole process stress free with regular updates about inspections and opens, offers and feedback from inspections. We sold the property through the middle of COVID whilst having a tenant in the property. Obviously COVID can be testing at times for different reasons, however David remained committed to the sale and did everything he could to get us the best result in the shortest timeframe. He is approachable, knowledgeable and easy to deal with. We are very happy with the end result and will be using David in the future for any sales and purchases. Great guy and an even better agent!

David & his team completed the sale of our house in Lilyfield recently and did a very professional job from arranging the styling prior to sale, managing the opens, communicating the feedback and applying just the right amount of pressure without pushing too hard which can be a common problem with some agencies.
