Our experience with James was excellent right from the beginning. James is very experienced with attention to detail, James showed professionalism throughout the entire process & there was never any pressure. We were provided with his expert advise and kept up to date with regular communication and feedback. James initially provided us with a guide and within only a couple of weeks found a buyer. I would like to thank James & his team for an excellent result and seamless process. We highly recommend James & his team to anyone looking to sell their property.

I really enjoyed buying this home from David and Joseph. Despite searching in a very tough buyer market, they were always available and willing to answer questions about the property and the surrounding area from the first open, and even after we exchanged. This to me is rare in an agent and demonstrated their professionalism and care for us buyers as much as it did their seller. David has that unique ability to bring together both buyers and sellers in a way that is respectful to both sides, and in a way that ensured a great outcome for all parties. Thank you David and Joseph!

We knew James Price and the Hudson McHugh Team were the #1 selling agents in Leichhardt, and after meeting a few agents, it was an easy decision to go with James. Throughout the lead-up to our campaign, James gave us the time and space to list our home - and deal with the uncertainty of covid lockdowns in Sydney. We felt no pressure at all to make a decision, however James would still provide us with sound guidance and advice - and ultimately allow us to make the decision. James convinced us, without pressuring us, to: list during lockdown, have a reduced campaign window of 3 weeks, and set a reserve that ultimately helped us exceed our expectations. We're delighted with the result, and can't recommend James strongly enough for anyone looking to sell in Leichhardt and surrounds. James knows is stuff, is transparent and balanced, and works in the best interest of the vendor!

From the moment we connected, it was clear that Peter was an impressive and committed agent. Friendly, and easy to work with, he also had an impressive knowledge of the local market and great connections, which made preparing our property for sale smooth and hassle free. Even with the significant unexpected challenges that lockdown created, Peter was constantly communicating with us and revising the approach to the changing rules. This allowed us to achieve a result which exceeded our expectations even in the most challenging of circumstances. 100% recommend Peter and the team to other sellers!

David did a fantastic job securing a great price for our property. He worked with us to sell the property the way that we wanted and supported us through an off market campaign. David and the team at Hudson McHugh are approachable, professional and really know the market in the area.

Peter is a genuine, straightforward and professional agent. Selling our family home from interstate (during lockdown!) was less stressful because of his organised, hardworking, positive approach. He went out of his way to help us preapare the house ready for sale. Peter is an excellent communicator, is knowledgeable and a good negotiator through the sales process. We highly recommend Peter to anyone wanting to sell their property.

Tried to sell our house a few times. Had to spend way to much in marketing considering. We also had our house rented through Hudson which I definitely don't recommend. He did what he had to to and got it sold but for something that should be exciting and a bit of a major moment it wasn't. Once it was done we barely heard from him again. Nearly 30k in commissions and not even a thankyou card.
