I felt a good connection with Jim Brown at first interview. His explanations of sale and marketability were down to earth and easily understood. I subsequently had Josie Comerford continue the sale when Jim left on holiday and happily worked with her too. I liked that they are a local company of many years and their advertising was reasonably priced and covered all I required for the sale which was achieved within 14 days of first presentation on the internet.
