Tom had extensive knowledge and experience of the area where my sale was. He has excellent communication skills and kept me up to date with all steps of the process and dealings. He knowledge of services to assist selling the property, for example, removalists, cleaners, electricians, etc enabled a smooth transit out of the property. His real estate agent percentage of sales was reasonable.
