We had a wonderful experience with Ramez in buying our first home (off the plan unit). He was honest, friendly and upfront with all details throughout the whole transaction. We had so many questions as anxious first home buyer but all were answered patiently by Ramez with a smile always on his face. He accommodated to all our requests where possible and even called builder directly to see if other options were available for us. We had dealt with quite a few agents in the past but no one was more helpful and honest like Ramez. Even post signing the contract, he has been very good and answering our questions.
