We just wanted to send our biggest thank you. We really appreciate all of your help with completing our first new home in Australia. As a first-time home buyers, we were nervous and anxious about the Quality and the End product; but after looking at our apartment we must say that we are extremely happy with the end product. Quality Matters and Quality Delivered! I still remember my first day when I met Ramez at Conquest office. He was easy and straight forward. He answered all our ‘silly’ questions and made us feel at ease with everything. Ramez and team was fantastic and guided us throughout the process. We cannot speak highly enough of him. We look forward to deal with him in future.

We have seen Ramez Riad’s performance a lot in the Parramatta area, most recently, he auctioned a property in our street. We couldn’t believe the energy & results at his auctions, so when we decided to sell, Ramez from hunters Agency & co was the one we had to go to. He was very determined, honest, trust worthy & a really strong negotiator as he believed in our house. We met with Ramez every week during the campaign & he provided us with written and thorough reports showing buyers level of interest and feedback. Ramez had a clear and clever strategy on how he can achieve a premium price for us. While our property was on the market a similar house in the next street sold at auction for $1,450,000. Two weeks later we had our auction which had 11 bidders; Ramez and 5 of his team were running around talking & negotiating with the buyers & they ended up selling our house at auction for $1,760,000. We are really happy and we highly recommend Ramez and Hunters Agency & Co.

I am a property investor and when choosing a Real Estate agent for buying and selling properties, of course I was very demanding and selective. I chose Hunters Agency & Co Parramatta not only by word of mouth and excellent service guaranteed, but because Hunters Agency & Co Parramatta has an exceptional agent, Ramez Riad. I was very impressed with the way Ramez Riad handled the sale of my property, his knowledge of property market and services are remarkable and most of all he understood my needs. Ramez Riad was very diligent in making sure every potential buyer was contacted and followed up, his analytical skills were sharp and he understands buyer behaviours. His attention to detail and strategic selling skills helped my property ‘sell successfully above the expected price’. I have been deeply impressed by Riad’s patience and willingness to take responsibilities. I have thoroughly enjoyed the relationship with Hunters Agency & Co Parramatta, especially because of Ramez Riad and he should be recommended for his outstanding work. I will definitely recommend Ramez Riad to all my friends and relatives.
