As far as real estate agents go I would say that this is the McDonalds of real estates. They weren’t exceptional, however I got exactly what I expected which was a rental property. Alternatively there was nothing bad about the whole experience either.

Rented for 1st time and had very unpleasant experience. Pre-damaged Canster and I was asked to fix on my own cost as I have not mentioned ingoing inspection. I was really surprised by the response received from agent. I never thought I have to be that precise in the report. Actually the damage was concealed which I found once it is broken.

Good for the landlord. But bad for the tenants. It should be in between. IanMacname will make you taking cleaning services from their nominated personal. It does not matter how clean you make it using other services. On top of that, they will object for issues that were already there, so make the initial property conditon evaluation very very carefully.
