Michael helped us with the sale of our mother’s unit recently. The sale went through reasonably quickly which was important to us. We got less for the unit than expected but accepted that. The only thing we had to pursue was the cleaning of the unit before the sale. First time around it was not as clean as we would have liked, but at the end of the day it sold pretty quickly which Michael knew was important to us. I felt you could trust Michael to have your interests at heart and he had a second buyer lined up when the first one fell through which was great.

Living in Sydney we had no understanding of the current property market and of any local agents servicing Queanbeyan. Our property was leased and managed through one of the well known real estate franchises. We gave them a chance and they disappointed us greatly. We looked at many agents in the area when it came to selling our property. Darren's name kept appearing at the top of every list with impeccable reviews, and for good reason. My wife and I decided to give Darren the opportunity after having spoken to him and being blown away by his knowledge of the area, his previous sales history in the area, and his conviction on being able to deliver a great result for us. Darren did an outstanding job listing the property despite it being leased through a different real estate and dealing with the currently residing tenant. He worked with the tenant to navigate open homes leaving the entire process completely stress free for my wife and I.
