I have rented a property through Ian McNamee and Partners Queanbeyan since November 2023. Since then I have had no hot water in the kitchen -even reported this in the ingoing condition report. Reported also via email, at inspection, using their repairs and maintenance request form. All have been ignored until recently as I am taking them to NCAT. Sent a plumber to look at hot water a couple weeks ago. He hasn't come back to repair it. In April I was served with a Notice to the Occupier Order stating the CBA was taking my land lord to court to repossess the property I'm renting. The real estate has not been helpful in this matter at all. They have ignored my emails. Requests for assistance and information. Ignored my request for a rent reduction for no hot water in the kitchen. Ignored my requests for assistance in getting out of my current fixed lease so I can find a new home to rent for my family so we don't end up homeless once the bank repossesses the property. I had to get Tenancy Advocacy NSW involved. They ignored the consultant's emails. I took them to NCAT. Luckily for them the person proceeding over the case was late and did not hear the case in the end. At this rate, I will probably be evicted due to the bank repossessing the property before Ian McNamee assist me in any way shape or form. I have always been a good tenant. Paid all rent and look after the properties I live in. I don't like to cause trouble, but Ian McNamee gave me no choice but go to NCAT. I feel like I have no rights as a tenant. Can't even meet basic rent requirements of hot water access. I am paying a lot in rent for things not met in my tenancy agreement. I highly do NOT recommend anyone to rent through this real estate.

I got the house but the house is filthy and mould in the kitchen drawers and many more. I asked the agent atleast clean the mould first been 3 weeks I haven't yet live that place cuz of the mould. And contact them every day but they say tomorrow or contractor will contact. I hope they were happy to take money like that. Underneath the house is like next pandemic going to start from there. Way to many problems always say will do I understand but been 3 weeks. I m jussed passed.
