Michael recently took on the sale of my unit and I picked him by going to a number of open houses. He was the most professional, but personable sales manager I had met in many years of buying properties. It was an easy decision. This decision paid off when my property manager from a completely different company failed to act in a timely manner, causing a hindrance to the sale. Michael took all these issues on for me and while I was overseas (getting married) undertook communication with them on my behalf. This made it so much easier for me to get through everything I had organised at the time.
