The selling process through Michael was fantastic! This was the first home I have ever sold and was quite daunting. Michael made the whole process so easy. Once I decided that I was going to sell my unit in Queanbeyan, i contacted the managing real estate agent, McNamee Real estate. Michael kept me up to date with everything. From advertisement, to open house inspections. once an offer was mad and excepted, Michael informed me that the buyer was a little nervous, and that it may take a little extra time. I found that type of commitment to be fantastic. Because Michael took that little extra time, the buyer was not spooked away, and the sale went through without any further issues. Michael recently sold a townhouse for me. He made everything stress free & did a great job. Never had to chase him up for information. He kept me informed every step of the way and every phone was straight to the point so everything went smoothly and was easily understood. There was a tenant in there at the time of sale. He facilitated the open homes and inspections around the tenants schedule to keep everyone comfortable and happy. Best of all, he got me a great sale price to top it off. Very happy with the result. Highly recommend Michael for anyone looking to sell a house around the Queanbeyan/Canberra area.
