Darren knows and understands the Qbn / Jerra market very well due to his many years of experience in the area. He estimated the marketing pricing very well and was able to find a buyer very quickly and easily even though access to the property was limited due to the tenants. The tenants remained in the property until almost the very end and at first we were disappointed they moved out as we now had more expenses, but it turned out for the best. As we got to spent some special last moments in our old home which we will treasure forever.
