Being pulled in many directions is never easy, yet Darren adequately addressed our needs through the sales process. Whilst expectations were managed, it is noted that the Auction process and consistency of selling agent allocation was somewhat disrupted. In the end, Darren worked hard to negotiate a fair sale price and closed the deal quite well.
