Micheal was a pleasure to work with from the very beginning. As we were the buyers of a property he was selling, from the very start Micheal was patient, extremely responsive and was always working hard for the vendor to achieve the greatest result for them, but also not pushing us, just to get a quick sale and making us scared away from the property as a lot of agents do. He was exceptional once the deal was done with liaising all parties for a smooth exchange of contracts all the way until settlement.
